DUTIES, CUSTOMES, TAXES & SURCHAGES
You shall be liable for any Import/Duty/Tax according to your country if applicable. You may contact your Customs office for further information.
www.gurkhakukriknife.com has no control over these charges and they are not included in our product price.
DELIVERY & TIMES
Your order will be sent via door to door courier service (Aramex, Skynet, DHL, UPS etc) which will require a signature to receive the goods. Shipment usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive to the most destinations. It may take more days for order delivery to small or remote town.
Once order has been disptached (i.e. pickup by courier company) orders can no longer be cancelled.
Due to handcrafted nature of the work it creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Also color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.
Notify us of any manufacturing defects, damages or wrong item(s) supplied, within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost in your next order. You need to mail us images of “defects/damage” before returning the item(s). You can send the return to our logistic center which is close to you: Texas, USA and Odense, Denmark and Brisbane, Australia. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We inspect all returned items and issue refund only after confirming it.
► We cannot accept liability for loss, damage or delay by Airfreight / Courier companies. You can insure your order if you like by paying extra
► Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are not defects as many of the processes are done by hand , neither are normal dye-lot variations.
►If order packing arrive broken or in loose pieces, you need to take picture of the package and count the items quantity with the shipment invoice. If anything is missing or short please ask courier to confirm it.
► NOTE: 99.9% of deliveries arrive without any issue whatsoever.
► Generally all items listed in the website are in stock items, however should there be any instance that we run out of the merchandise you ordered due to delay in site updates or others (you order more what is in stock etc). We will notify you promptly, you can either replace with other similar items and we can issue you full refund for out of stock item(s).
